A well balanced, intriguing wine with a distinct smokey character. Notes of toasted fennel seeds and black pepper at a unique, spicey complexity. A clean, oaky finish underscores the wine's subtlety and rounds out it's robust flavor profile. This is great "winter" red and is made on the north end of Seneca Lake.
