Inspired by the sun-dappled meadows and blossoming fields of Spring, our Wildflower Collection features a bouquet of fresh floral flavors. From rose petals steeped in rich cream, to clover honey warmed into golden caramel, each truffle or caramel is made by hand and contains flavor crafted from a real flower or flowering plant. Each box is tied with a satin bow, a watercolor tag painted by hand, and contains a collection map letterpress-printed in-house at Hedonist. As unique as the flowers that inspired it, our Wildflower Collection makes a perfect gift for Mother's Day, showers, or any sweet Spring occasion.

Flavors in this collection:

• Rosebud Dark (55%) chocolate ganache is infused with rose petals, rose water, and rosehip, poured into a white chocolate shell, and hand-painted with cocoa butter.

• Violet: White chocolate ganache is swirled with violet liqueur, enrobed in bittersweet (72%) chocolate, and topped with candied violet.

• Dandelion Wine: Roasted dandelion root and dandelion wine are blended with fresh cream into a sweet milk chocolate ganache, contained within a milk chocolate shell, and hand-speckled with cocoa butter.

• Clover Honey: Local clover honey is blended into a chewy caramel, enrobed in bittersweet (72%) chocolate, and sprinkled with organic bee pollen

• Lavender: White Valrhona chocolate ganache is infused with culinary lavender, enrobed in bittersweet (72%) chocolate, and dusted with cocoa powder.
